These Terms cover how you may use the Ambercanyonplaza website and any stay, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using this website means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. Confirming your age on the entry page is your declaration that this applies to you. Photographic identification may be asked for on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card must guarantee the booking. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on site follows International law and is open only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the property safe. Our liability is capped as far as applicable law allows. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or the hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Ambercanyonplaza or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We do not control or answer for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
